Credentialing Opportunities Online (COOL) and Credentialing Assistance (CA) Programs for U.S. Military Personnel

Army, Air Force, and Coast Guard COOL/CA programs can pay for training programs in Building and Leading Resilient Teams and our Resilience-Building Leadership Professional® (RBLP®) series of certification exams.

The Marine Corps COOL program pays for certification exams only and does not pay for training.

The Navy COOL program is currently not funding RBLP certification exams. Active-duty Sailors can use GI Bill® benefits to pay for our certification exams.
